Whether we’re styling a tablescape with your grandmother’s china and our seasonal blooms, creating floral favors guests will actually want to take home, or designing wedding florals for a perfectly scaled celebration, we handle the details so you can enjoy the moment. Small Event Design Packages

The “Help Me Martha”

Perfect for: intimate dinners, casual celebrations, and hosts who care deeply but would rather not stress over centerpiece height.

 

Starting at $500

Includes:

  • Design consultation + floral direction (1hr)

  • 2 large "garden party" size floral centerpieces or 4 small "sweet stems" size centerpieces.

  • Light tablescape styling using client-provided tableware (1hr)

  • Seasonal floral accents - think bud vases for the ladies room, bar, or entryway

The "Planned on Pinterest- Executed at home"

Perfect for: baby showers, engagement parties, birthdays with a theme, and hosts who love an Instgram-able moment but are too busy to bring them to life.

  • Design consultation + cohesive styling plan (1.5 hrs)

  • 4 floral "garden party" sized centerpieces

  • Full tablescape styling (dining or cocktail areas)

  • Candles and decorative accents

Perfect for: couples who want beautiful florals without turning their wedding into a full-scale production. The “Just Married, Not Overwhelmed” package is designed for courthouse weddings, backyard vows, chapel ceremonies, and sweet celebrations where love is the main event and flowers are the supporting cast (a very stylish supporting cast).

We’ll create thoughtfully coordinated florals using seasonal blooms — elegant, unfussy, and perfectly scaled for a small wedding that still feels special.

We do dinner parties, baby showers, bridal showers, milestone birthdays, business launches, and even small weddings. If it involves people you love (or people you want to impress), we're in.

A: Our packages range from "Help Me Martha" — a starting-point-level glow-up with centerpieces and light tablescape styling — all the way up to "People Will Talk," which is the full experience with custom floral concepts, elevated tablescapes, candles, statement touches, and floral favors for up to 20 guests. Each package is designed to scale with your vision and your budget.

Q: Do I need to provide my own tableware and décor?
A: Nope — unless you want to! We love styling with your grandmother's china or that gorgeous linen you've been saving. But if you'd rather we bring everything, we can do that too. Just let us know in your consultation and we'll craft a plan that works with what you have (or source what you don't).

Q: Does The Flower Guild do wedding florals?
A: Yes! For couples who want beautiful flowers without a 400-line spreadsheet, our "Just Married, Not Overwhelmed" package is a dream. It includes a hand-tied bridal bouquet, a groom's corsage, and four coordinated floral arrangements — perfect for courthouse weddings, backyard vows, chapel ceremonies, and any celebration where love is the main event. Add-ons like bridesmaid bouquets and flower girl petals are available too.

Q: How far in advance should I book a small event with The Flower Guild?
A: The earlier the better — especially for showers, seasonal events, and weddings! We recommend reaching out at least 3–4 weeks ahead to allow time for a proper design consultation and sourcing for small events, and at least 6 weeks for something larger. That said, we love a last-minute hero moment when our calendar allows, so don't be shy about reaching out.
