We like to keep delivery simple.

 

Orders within Dallas zip codes include free delivery (lucky you).

Deliveries outside of Dallas are available for a $25 delivery fee.

Need flowers now? Rush delivery is available for $50.

RETURN POLICY

At The Flower Guild, every arrangement is designed just for you using seasonally available flowers and thoughtfully sourced blooms. The images on our website are meant to inspire — giving you a sense of size, shape, and overall feel. You are getting bespoke designs - rather than off-the- wrack basics.

Because we’re a boutique studio working with small, local providers, no two arrangements are ever exactly the same. Each piece is custom designed and hand-crafted with care, and that uniqueness is part of the beauty.

For this reason, we’re unable to offer refunds on custom floral designs. If you have any concerns when your order arrives, please reach out — we’re always happy to help

We keep things pretty simple and use Venmo and Zelle for all payments.
